It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Jane Smith of Galesburg, Illinois, who passed away on October 5, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George H. Sage and Jane A. Sage (Billings); and her spouse Jerry L. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Lori) of Morton, Pamela Sydney (Randy) of Delavan, Christopher J. Smith (Donna) of Nixa and Scott Smith (Zheila) of Reno; and her grandchildren, Talena, Hillary, Colin, Abigail and Gavin.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hinchliff-Pearson-West, Inc. (1070 W Fremont St, Galesburg, IL 61401).
