He is survived by: his wife Nancy of Galesburg; his children, Mike Budde (Dianne) of Galesburg, Nathan Budde (Jamie) of Altona, Illinois and Kate Budde of Galesburg; his granddaughters, Marie Budde and Veronica Budde; his great grandchildren, Frank Ray Martinez and Miller Michael Harter; and his siblings, Richard Budde (Joan) of Waterloo, Iowa, Ruth Ann Owens of Altamont and Margaret Hall of Decatur, Illinois..
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (858 S Academy St, Galesburg, IL 61401). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Budde's Bar (425 E Main St, Galesburg, IL 61401).
