He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph W. England and Hilma J. England (Eklund). He is survived by: his wife Martha L Vanier; his children, Jay Vanier (Sue) of Peoria, IL and Judith Singer (Tony) of Galesburg; his daughter-in-law Kim Vanier; his siblings, Edward England of Galesburg, R. Wayne England of Macomb and Mary Anne Mundy (Richard) of Oneida; his children, Jon A. Vanier, James A Vanier and Janet L. Johnson; and his daughter-in-law Dorothy Vanier. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grand children, and many great-great grand children.
