Though Roger may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Roger touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur "Webb" Argast and Lillian Ione McNeil. He is survived by: his children, Todd Parr of Galesburg, Justen Parr (Amanda Bueno) of Tulsa and Dawn Conrad (Mike) of Abingdon; his siblings, David Parr (Terri) of Broken Arrow and Karen Frank (Tony) of Knoxville; and his friends, Dave Cooley and Mike Bair. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
