He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester L. Hallbick, and Frances M. Hallbick, Jr. (Stegall). He is survived by: his children, Paul Hallbick (Mackenzie) of Dubuque, Iowa and Abygail Kavelman; and his sisters, Sara Peterson of Monmouth and Marty Erickson of Vermont, Illinois..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Watson Thomas Funeral Home and Crematory (1849 N Seminary St, Galesburg, IL 61401). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
