He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Willard Jacobs and Maudie Emma Jacobs (Nelson); and his wife Ruth Ann Brown. He is survived by: his children, Willard, Pamela Sue and Michael Dean. He is also survived by grandfather to his many grandchildren.
