He was predeceased by : his parents, Calvin Cornelius and Lois Anne Coakley (Penix); and his daughter Alica Coakley. He is survived by : his wife Mariann M. Waggoner; his children, Os'carr Coakley of Galva, Douglas Schmidt (Maggie) of Galva, Amber Inman (Melvin) of Newton, IA, Samantha Schmidt (William Despain) of Galva and Jerzie (Luciee Coakley); and his sisters, Gloria Sheldon (Dan) of Clinton, IA, Pam Coakley of Moline and Sharon Kermeen of Sterling. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
