Dora Lenzie Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Dora Lenzie of Gardner, Illinois. Dora, born on November 13, 1943, passed away on September 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Pope and Marge Pope; and her parents-in-law, Dom and Jennie Lenzie. She is survived by: her husband Don Lenzie Sr.; her sons, Donnie Jr. Lenzie (Tammy) of Channahon, Mike Lenzie (Joyce) of South Wilmington, Jeff Lenzie of South Wilmington and Chris Lenzie (Missy) of Gardner; her grandchildren, Katie Mack (Cody), Laura Cogdal (Christian), Kaitlyn Weber (Jake), Haley DeBerry, Ryan Lenzie, Colton Lenzie (Brittany), Alexis Garcia (Taylor), Blake Lenzie, Dakota Lenzie and Avery Lenzie; her great grandchildren, Talon Mack, Tori Mack, Dalton Cogdal, Ella Weber, Lennyx Weber, Noah Weber, Meredith DeBerry and Aurora Lenzie; and her sister Sharon Pickles (Rob) of Gardner. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at the Curley's Banquet Hall (114 Depot St, Gardner, IL 60424).
