He is survived by: his wife Cindi McKinney of Geff; his children, Cody McKinney of Fairfield, Braedyn McKinney of Nason and Isabella McKinney of Nason; his stepdaughter Kasha Foley (Kennett) of Geff; his stepgrandchildren, Keagan and Kaysen Foley; his brothers, Ed McKinney (Elaine) of Fairfield, Brian McKinney (Christy) of Fairfield, Richard McKinney of Olney and Kenny McKinney of Olney; his brothers-in-law, Bobby Book and Tim Bailey; and his parents-in-law, Kay Russell and Jim Book (Carole).
