He is survived by: his wife Rose Williams; his sons, Raymond Cook (Karen) of Petersburg and Keith Wallace Williams (Veronica) of Sugar Land; his son-in-law Theodore Bachman of Monticello, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Roseana Johnson, Tiffany Cook, Rosemary Pagliaro, Chloe Kathryn Williams and Regan Rose Williams; and his great grandchildren, Kahlan, Ariana, Carman, Peyton Rose, Kendall and Christian.
Memorial contributions in memory of Ray Williams can be made to the American Cancer Society and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
