She was predeceased by: her parents, James Duncan and Ola Duncan (Padgett); and her brother Gary Duncan (Maggie). She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Tracey Doran (Zach Williams), Jessica Hancks (Matthew) and Amanda Piper-Bleuer (Rose); her grandchildren, Caitlyn Doran, Eddie Doran, Thomas Doran, Lorna Williams, Chelsey McNeal (Lemone), Michael Lamb II, Audrey Lamb and Samantha Hancks; and her brother Jimmy Duncan (Dooley). She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wheelan-Pressly Funeral Home and Crematory (3030 7th Ave, Rock Island, IL 61201).
In honor of Cheryl's life, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in her memory.
