It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dian M. Duncan of Geneseo, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Everett Knowles and Verneil Knowles (Hamann); her husband Larry Duncan; her sister June Matzen; her son-in-law Ron Wheeler; her siblings-in-law, Beverly Duncan and Dale Blackman; and her nieces, Kelly Oliver and Kara Matzen.

She is survived by : her daughters, Lynette Blaser (James) of Geneseo, Deborah Wheeler of Geneseo and Lisa Etter (Johnny) of Davenport; her grandchildren, Justin Blaser (Taylan), Ken Wheeler, Alyssa, Brandon Salley, Jorden Etter (Lauren) and KJ Etter; her great grandchildren, Austin, Tyler Wheeler, Bentley, Woodsyn Blaser and Maxwell Etter; her siblings, Marvel Van Vooren (Ronald) of Geneseo, Karen Blackman of Coal Valley and Florien Matzen (Darrell) of Orion; and her brothers-in-law, Ronald Matzen of Orion, Richard Duncan of Davenport and David Duncan (Vicki) of Missouri. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Vandemore Funeral Home - Geneseo (580 E Ogden Ave, Geneseo, IL 61254). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials can be made in Dian's name to the charity of the donor's choice.
