He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Chapman and Sylvia Chapman (Sand); and his brother Wayne Chapman. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Frederick of Geneseo, IL; his daughters, Kim Chapman (Sadriek Bell) of Houston, TX and Tonya Rhodes (Tim) of Decatur, IL; his brother Gene Chapman (Mary) of Georgetown, TX; his sister-in-law Jane Meyers of Lawrence, KS; and his grandchildren, Pryce, Brady Rhodes and Sannia Bell.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Henry County Humane Society.
