He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Baker and Helen Baker (Neely). He is survived by: his children, Bryan, Rachel Baker, Aaron and Zachery Baker of Moline, Illinois.; and his siblings, Frank Baker (Cindy), Larry True (Sally), Sharon Ripka (Larry), Steve and Kay Morrison (Karla Zaleski). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; as well as many, nieces and nephews.
