She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Neer and Ada Neer (Frank); and her siblings, Ruby, Jerry, Robert and Don.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Finley; her children, Tony Finley (Sheila) and Brenda Williams (Tracy Myers); and her grandchildren, Chris Lewis, Brittany Irmen (Ben), Sean Finley (Jordan) and Marcus Williams. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
