He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Johnson and Lola Johnson (Frels); his brother Steve Johnson; and his cousin Ray Hanson. He is survived by: his cousins, Kris Hanson of Osco, IL, Jim Frels (Patty), Bill Hanford (Kathryn) and Julie Frels.
