She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Heyerman and Doris Heyerman (Reid); and her sister Nancy Phillips of Chatham, Illinois.. She is survived by : her husband John Thomas Balk; her sons, Michael (Carey) and Bryan (Katie); her brother Thomas Heyerman (Connie); and her grandchildren, Parker, Gavin, Greyson, Bennett and Nolan.
