We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2022, at the age of 72, Daniel J. Gurbal of Geneva, Illinois, born in Aurora, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Gurbal and Marie Gurbal (Franzen); his siblings, John, Dave and Margaret "Peggy"; and his granddaughter Faith Hackbarth.

He is survived by : his wife Margaret "Peggy" (Arbizzani); his children, Angie Daurer of Shabbona, Lisa Hackbarth (Dave) of Austin, Jeff Gurbal (Sheridan) of North Aurora, Molly Gurbal of Oswego and Anthony "Tony" Gurbal of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his grandchildren, Jack Daurer, Kylee, Olivia Gurbal and Jonah Hackbarth; his sisters, Mary Ann Armbruster and Patricia Scott; and his sisters-in-law, Margaret Gurbal and Becky Gurbal. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
