He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold White and Mabel White; and his sister Kathleen. He is survived by: his spouse Ritsuko; his children, Nancy (Shiv) of New York City, Carol (David) of Geneva, Illinois, Daniel of Ketchikan, Alaska and Cathy (Jason) of San Jose, California; his grandchildren, Michael, Rachel, Sarah, Varun, Benjamin, Rosie and Max; and his siblings, Mary (Richard), John, James (Sherry) and Howard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
