He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Patrick and James Patrick. He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Peruba (Chad) and Kristine Patrick; his stepdaughter Apryl Mueller (Steve); and his siblings, James Patrick (Helen) and Geraldine Niemann. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
