He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn McConkey and Ida McConkey (Danison); and his daughter Juli. He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Wallace); his son Joe (Mary Beth) of Geneva; and his grandchildren, Marla, Seth and Leah. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and many other dear relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel Street Church (2300 South St, Geneva, IL 60134). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapelstreet Church (2300 South St, Geneva, IL 60134). A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Friends Creek Cemetery.
