He is survived by: his wife Lindsay; his children, Raegan and Griffin; his parents, Al Lee (late Laura) and Kathryn Stewart (Tommy); his parents-in-law, Scott and Teese Leadaman; his siblings, Kelli (Patterson), Emily (Powell), Andrew and Tyler Lee (Lauren); and his brothers-in-law, Jason (Sabrina), Scott (Julia) and Brian Leadaman (Jenny). He is also survived by his family first, he loved his wife and children.

In lieu of flowers donations appreciated to a fund for the care of his children Reagan and Griffin.
