He is survived by: his parents, David Blackmore of St. Charles, IL and Kelly Kellen (Kellen) of Geneva, IL; his siblings, Sophie Blackmore, Nathan Blackmore and Sarah Studer; his grandparents, Arnold and Peggy Kellen of Antioch, IL; his aunts and uncles, Karyn Witt (Eric) of Chesterton, IN, Sandra True (Kevin) of St. Charles, IL, Brian Blackmore (Lisa) of Geneva, IL, Scott Blackmore (Dawn) of Lockport, IL and Michael Kellen (Monica) of Geneva, IL; and his cousins, Dr. Keith True (Lauren), Dr. Kelsey True (Chris Robinson), Kyle True, Maxwell Witt, Mason Witt, Lindsay Blackmore, Adam Blackmore, Zac Blackmore, Avery Blackmore, Mia Kellen, Charlie Kellen, Harrison, Sally and Francis True.
