He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Strohschoen; his children, Jon (Cindy Haughn), Eric (Naomi) and Amy (Daryl Hauck); his grandchildren, Dana Lautenschlager (Billy Mencel), Rey, Alene, Haley, Von Lautenschlager, Trevor, India Owens, Nathan Hauck and Jayson Hauck (Amber); his great grandchild Lucy Lautenschlager; and his siblings, Mark (Judy), Anne Lautenschlager and Beth Olson (John).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Yurs Funeral Home (1771 W State St, Geneva, IL 60134).
