She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Giluk and Ann Giluk (Osuch); her husband Richard Novak; and her brother Dick Giluk. She is survived by : her children, Michael Novak (Julie) of Clifton, VA, Brian Novak (Karen D' Lauro) of Chester Springs, PA and Christine Balaskovits (David) of St. Charles, IL; her grandchildren, Mandi Costic (Drew), Jackson Novak (Sophie McGlothlen), Allie Balaskovits, Jeffrey Novak and Joseph Novak; her sisters, Catherine Nichols (Bob) and Patti Swing (Dan); her sister-in-law Judy Giluk; and her pet Amber. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
