He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine; his son William; his son-in-law Jack; his siblings, Michael, William, James, Richard, Thomas, Ralph, Catherine, Elizabeth and Patricia; and his parents, William and Mary (Long).
He is survived by: his daughter Julie Yeo (Jack) of Downers Grove; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Peter and Patrick; and his sisters-in-law, Nila, Barbara and Marcia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and -nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Malone Funeral Home (324 E State St, Geneva, IL 60134). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St Peter Catholic Church (1891 Kaneville Rd, Geneva, IL 60134).
