He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius "Dutch" DeBeir and Gladys DeBeir; and his wife Yvonne. He is survived by: his children, Suzie Frank (Michael), Missy Messmer (Tim), Jay DeBeir (Traci) and Jamie Swenson (Chris); his grandchildren, Amie Hayes, Kayley Bogdan (Chris), Andrew (Emily), Evan Frank, Nathan Messmer, Lauren King (Daniel), Alyse Smith (Caleb), Jacob (Torie), Julia, Jonah DeBeir, Jackson, Jefferson Dietrich, Olivia and Lucy Swenson; his great grandchildren, Addison, Mia Frank, Emma and Ben Bogdan; and his siblings, J. Richard DeBeir of Geneva and Nancy Sweet of St. Charles.
