He was predeceased by: his former wife Carol Di Guido; his significant other Sheryl Schwarnweber; his parents, Nicholas Guido and Gladys Di Guido; his brothers, Dennis, Tom and Roy Di Guido; and his grandson Alex Di Guido.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Cahill (Michael), Jack Di Guido (Chris), Sharon Di Guido, Dan Di Guido (Amy) and Jodi Rhodes (Buddy Johnson); his close friend Patricia Wilde; his siblings, Elizabeth Bakalik, Barbara Novick, Nick Di Guido and Terry Di Guido (Sue); and his sister-in-law Gaile Di Guido. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
