He is survived by: his wife Sybil; his daughters, Meaghan (Konczak) and Hannah; his brother Kim (Doreen); his nieces and nephews, Rachel (Kloosterman), Joshua (Melanie), Matthew (Abigail) and Kirsten (Oosterbaan); and his grandsons, Matthew, Benjamin and Parker.
