He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jurczyk and Dolores Jurczyk (Horvath); and his brother David. He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughters, Emma and Ava Jurczyk; and his siblings, Tom Jurczyk (Helen) of Wisconsin, Mark (Laura) of Wisconsin, Jackie Murphy (Mike) of Wheaton and Kenny Jurczyk (Marybeth) of Libertyville. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
