She was predeceased by: her parents, Jennie Olson and Gerald Olson; and her brothers, Melvin, Laverne and Neil.
She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Dvorak (John), Michael Zars (Carol) and David Zars (Edith); and her grandchildren, Joshua (Paige), Travis (Lucia), Keith, Jacob (Megan), Diana (Nicholas), Reid and Stephanie. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
