He is survived by: his wife Carol (Bond); his children, Luke and Kathleen Kat; his sisters, Barb Johnson of Matteson, IL and Rebecca Petrovich (Dominic) of Rosalia, WA; his mother Helen Pawlikowski (Kurt) of Orland Park; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Bond (Rita), Kris Tomkiewicz (Jack) and Cathy Senese (Victor). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and other dear relatives and friends.
