In loving memory of Colleen (Coke) Groves (Genoa, Illinois), born in Galena, Illinois, who departed this world on November 26, 2025 at the age of 92. She is survived by: her children, Randy Groves (Lisa), Sue Carroll (Randy), Renee Armstrong and Gina Groves; and her grandchildren, Kaitlin (Aaron), Kellie, Zach (McKenna), Trevor, Jonathan, Pat and Lauren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Butala Funeral Home (1405 Dekalb Ave, Sycamore, IL 60178). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the CrossWind Community Church (13100 Cherry Rd, Genoa, IL 60135). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bluff City Cemetery (945 Bluff City Blvd, Elgin, IL 60120).
A memorial has been established for her family to do a tribute at the Sugar Shores RV Resort in care of the Butala Funeral Home, 1405 DeKalb Ave., Sycamore, IL. 60178.
