With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Caldwell of Genoa, Illinois, who passed away on November 4, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Peterson and Gwendolyn Peterson (Aimone). He is survived by: his children, William Caldwell (Rita), Steven Caldwell (Kaye), James Caldwell (Diana) and Carrie Tucker (Jeff); and his brother Bruce Peterson. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren.
