It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stacey Shannon of Genoa, Illinois, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Arthur, Elrena Bottcher, John and Jeanette Sampley; and her parents-in-law, Richard and Wilda Handler.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick; her parents, Gary and Jo Ann; and her siblings, Cari (Michael) and Toby. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Slater-Butala Funeral Home (132 W Main St, Genoa, IL 60135).
