It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol West of Georgetown, Illinois, born in Centralia, Illinois, who passed away on January 9, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Ray Prather and Freida Prather (Dugan); her daughter Melinda Kay West; and her siblings, Doris Liddell, Norma Cerny, Jack, Jerry and Gale Prather.
She is survived by : her husband Charles "Chuck" West; her children, Kenneth West and Lisa Gordan; her grandchildren, Abigail, Brock and Coscha Young; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Zaydien, Remington, Addalynn and Hadley; and her sister Marilyn Schneider (Earl) of Carlyle.
Memorials may be given in Carol's name to be given to the staff at Newman Rehabilitation and Health Center.
