She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Hickman and Mildred Dean Hickman (Taylor); her husband Larry Crowder August; her children, Kristina and Larry Eugene; and her son-in-law Bryan Cannon.
She is survived by: her brother Richard Hickman (Susan) of Vero Beach; her nieces and nephews, Cathi Saunders of Indianapolis, Connie Cannon of Georgetown, Jill Paz (Edgar) of Westville, Chuck Crowder (Tammy) of Indianapolis, Chris Crowder of Indianapolis, April Ireland (John Bova) of Danville, Michael Crowder (Holly) of Indianapolis and Devan Hall of Indianapolis; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Crowder of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Emily Murray (Colton), Kareith Crowder (Kaitlyn Wright), Jesse Doggett (Danielle), Kiriath Sorrels (William), Jacob Doggett (Chelsea), Peyton Clay, Jonathan Ireland, Maliyah Crowder, Pamela Albrecht (Travis Tardy), Alex Bradley (Kylee Man) and Cambrin Bradley; and her great grandchildren, Elena, Avery, Bentley, Lawrence, Vyla, Emerson, Mayra, Jearim, Laodecia, Levi and Emmett. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Houghton-Leasure Chapel (200 E West St, Georgetown, IL 61846). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to American Cancer Society in Donna's name.
