He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Brown and Clara Pugh Brown. He is survived by: his children, Grant Brown (Heather) and Krysten Brown; his grandchildren, Emmett and Greyson; his stepgrandchildren, Seth, Landon, Lexi and Trey; his close friends, Norman Mills and Chris Lierman; and the mother of his children Barbra Johnson (Peter).

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center (200 E West St, Georgetown, IL 61846). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at the Crownhill Cemetery.
