He is survived by: his significant other Pearl Griffith; his children, Scott Patterson (Kim) and Melissa (Jermaine); his grandchildren, Adriyanna, La Vont'e, Aiden, Allison and Avery; his stepchildren, Darren and Brenda; his stepgrandchildren, Jerrid, Adam and Lana; his stepchildren, Teresa, Todd and Carlen; his stepgrandchildren, Noah, Hailey and Hannah; his stepchild Tracy; his stepgranddaughter Traci Ann; and his sisters, Pam Patterson-Dalenburg and Penny Patterson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center (414 S State St, Westville, IL 61883). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
