With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry E. Daily of Georgetown, Illinois, born in Champaign, Illinois, who passed away on April 5, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Elizabeth Daily (Smith) and Russell Daily; and his father-in-law Howard Lambert. He is survived by : his wife Betsy; his children, Marshall (Sonya Fitzgerald) and Sarah (Opal Pursley); his mother-in-law Marcia Lambert of Georgetown, IL; his sisters, Flora Jayne Daily of Clarkrange, TN, Florence Ann Best (Joe) of Cissna Park, IL and Maude Eleanor Hartman (late Dwane) of Stewardson, IL; his siblings-in-law, Charlie Lambert (Denise) and Barb Smith (Max); and his nieces and nephews, Kristen Best, Jean, Emily Ogle, Matthew Best (Amanda), Mason Lambert (Haylee Hayes), Harrison Lambert (Kelsey Blackford), Tyler and Bennett Ogle.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Church of Christ of Georgetown (503 N Main St, Georgetown, IL 61846). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at the Cherry Point Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family kindly requests contributions be made to the Georgetown Ridge Farm School Ag Foundation to be started in Larry's name.
