She is survived by : her children, Dannie "Scott" Meeker (Rich) and Anita Kotcher (Mike); her grandchildren, Wesley Kotcher and Ashley Polk (Garic); and her siblings, Bill Puckett (Linda), Donna Kastl (Gary), Sharon Shook (Ron) and David Puckett (Donnetta). She is also survived by one niece and several nephews.
