He was predeceased by: his mother Patty Kelley; and his father-in-law Charlie Stark. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Kelley (Stark); his children, BreeAnn Brumfield (Jonathan), Tanner Kelley (Malia), Sam Kelley (Jaiden Stelzer) and Max Kelley; his grandchildren, Ty, Ava Brumfield, Kasen, Kannon and Kalaya Kelley; his father Michael Kelley; his brother Todd Kelley; his mother-in-law Lula Stark; his sisters-in-law, Sherry Scott (Brent), Shelia Burton (Greg) and Teresa Biggs (Jake); and his nieces and nephews, Kyra Burton, Kasey Burton, Shelby Buchanan (Clayton), Tayhlor Hughes (Reese), Brylee Hughes, Lyndi Kelley, Brison Scott (Madison), Brandon Scott (Anna), Chett Scott (Taylor), Austin Burton (Madison), Devon Burton (Conner), Dylan Hughes (Shelby) and Ross Kelley.
Visitation was held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the The Stor (102 N Sandusky St, Catlin, IL 61817). A memorial service was held on Sunday, May 17th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
