He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Thomas (Ella Thomas) and Sally Thomas (Ward); his wife Sally; and his brothers, Jim, Dick, Ronnie and Eddie.
He is survived by: his daughters, Andrea Rhodes (Chet) of Girard, IL and Shawnda Thomas of Germantown Hills, IL; his sister Sue Koons (Dan) of Kearns, UT; his grandson Joel Rhodes (Terrie); his great grandchildren, Logan, Caitlynn and Chloe; and his pets, Nash, Krosby and Ash. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
