It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy Lee Alexander of Germantown Hills, Illinois, born in Boonville, Missouri, who passed away on May 21, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Frank and Mary Ruth Alexander (Haley); his son Kevin; his siblings, Charles Alexander and Marian Brandes (Alexander); and his brother-in-law Paul Brandes.

He is survived by : his wife Patricia M. Schaer; his children, Krista Westerman (Matthew) of LaSalle, IL and Jeffrey Alexander (Julie) of Janesville, WI; his granddaughters, Rhyan and Aly Westerman; his mother-in-law Thelma Schaer; his sister-in-law Ruth Schupp; his brother Dan; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Miller and Quillie Alexander of Kansas City, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel (375 Old Germantown Rd, Germantown Hills, IL 61548). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 1st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
