She is survived by: her husband Jose "Joe" Gomez; her children, Dan Gomez (Tammy) of Columbus, OH, Joe "Tony" Gomez (Karianne) of Jupiter, FL, Becky Ortiz (Jorge) of New Baden and Luke Gomez (Mayra) of Columbus, OH; her grandchildren, Julia, Ella, Anderson Gomez, Abigail, Caitlin Gomez, Danielle Gomez (Roosevelt Natt), Erika Ortiz (Tony), Andrew Ortiz, Noah and Stella Gomez; her sister Carol McCoy (John) of Belleville; and her siblings-in-law, Chole Gomez of Waukegan, Ofelia Gomez of O'Fallon, MO, Lupe Sanabria of Waukegan, Josefina Plancarte (Ramon) of Waukegan, Cuca Figueroa of Mexico City, Mago Gomez of Collinsville, Neftali Gomez of Poplar Bluff, MO, Fernando Gomez (Carmen) of Napa Valley, CA and Antonio Gomez of Napa Valley, CA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
