He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin H. Beckmann and Dolores Beckmann; his sister Phyllis Kohrman (Louis); his siblings-in-law, Ollie Santel, Dave Niemann and Mary Henss; and his parents-in-law, Bernard and Dolly Niemann.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shanelle Palmer (John) of Aviston and Amye Rahden (Lance) of St. Rose; his grandchildren, Jonathan Palmer, Cade Breed (Madison) of Missoula, MT and Senya Rahden; his sisters, Esther Santel of Cedar Rapids, IA and Jackie Maue (Ron) of Posey; and his siblings-in-law, Ken Niemann, Jim Niemann (Mary), Joe Niemann, John Henss, Lori Hemann (Curt) and Yolanda Niemann.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Moss Funeral Home (535 N 5th St, Breese, IL 62230). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Boniface Church (306 Munster St, Germantown, IL 62245).
In lieu of flowers, plants, or other gifts, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Mater Dei or the Jared Burke Foundation and will be received at the visitation or by mail at Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St., Breese, IL 62230, which is serving the family.
