He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Loepker and Mary Loepker; his brothers, Wendell Loepker, Dennis Loepker and Robert Loepker; his parents-in-law, Herman and Helen Timmermann; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Deerhake, Virginia Winkeler (Johnny), Ralph Timmermann, Mary Ann Gerdes (Bill), Bernice Deerhake (Paul), Nick Beckmann and Joseph Timmermann.

He is survived by: his wife Gertrude "Gertie" Loepker; his children, Mark Loepker (Patty) of Breese, Nancy Weems (Jesse) of Germantown, Tina Arentsen (Steve) of Germantown, Lynn Tonnies (Mike) of Germantown, DeAnn Brauer (Ken) of Germantown and Darin Loepker (Kelly) of Breese; his grandchildren, Ryan Loepker (Chelsea), Kelsie Buehne (Jacob), Mason Weems, Miah Weems, Jamie Reilmann (Colin), Justin Arentsen, Alexis Kuhl (Jake), Brenden Tonnies (Caroline), Jillian Tonnies (Nathan Rivera), Kyle Brauer, Dylan Brauer (Abby), Carson Loepker and Marlee Loepker; his great grandchildren, Max, Oakley Loepker, Callie, Brooks Buehne, Caiden, Olivia, Vivian Reilmann, Florence Tonnies and Vienna Kuhl; his sisters, Florence Lampe (Ralph) of Aviston and Betty Deerhake of Germantown; and his siblings-in-law, Bernette Beckmann of Bartelso, Leona "Yogi" Thole (Rich) of St. Rose, Leon Timmermann (Laverne) of Swansea, Don Timmermann (Marilyn) of Bartelso, Lue Loepker of Breese, Mutz Loepker of Germantown and Jeanette Loepker of Bartelso. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts, memorials may be made to St. Boniface Parish or Breese Cedarhurst Activity Fund and will be received at the visitation or by mail at Moss Funeral Home, 535 N. 5th St., Breese, IL 62230, who is serving the family.
