He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Walter and Leta Mae Strebeck. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Martin); his children, Kim, Ken Gray of Gilman, Brad and Christine Strebeck of Paxton; his grandchildren, Kendra, Jason, Korbyn, Bethany, Kamenn, Ben and Ella; his great grandchild Kayden Eugene; his sisters, Susie Strebeck and Georgina Rainwater (Jack); his grandson Aaron Thomason; his friend Sharla Williams; his siblings, Charles, Larry, Robert, Richard, Patricia and Grace; Sharon Martin, Debbie Welborn (Steve), Dennis Martin (Debby), Bob Martin (Marie), Steve Martin (Susie), Terri Heiser (Lennie), Carolyn Williams (Lynn), JoAnne Beazley, Shirley Bayuk, Richard Martin, Kevin Martin and Brenton Beazley.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Gibson City Bible Church, Faith Baptist Church or the Drummer Township Cemetery Tree Fund to plant a tree in Fred's honor.
