He was predeceased by : his parents, Myrtle Haggerman and William Henry Rappleyea; his wife Ella Tenney (Babe); his siblings, Emma, Laura, Myrtle, Florence and Charlie; and his son-in-law Norman Oyer.
He is survived by : his children, Janet Meuser (Lonnie) of West Plains, MO, Sherrill Oyer (late Norman) of Ridott, Henry Rappleyea Jr. (Debbi) of Mahomet and Bill Rappleyea (Alison) of Fisher; his grandchildren, Katrina Meuser, Serena Boaz (Chris), Christina Kretchmer (Rence), Christian Oyer, Jennifer Herrera (Cesar), Henry Rappleyea III (Jenny), Rebecca Gercken (Scott), Ben Rappleyea (Megan), Daniel Rappleyea (Bridget) and Elizabeth Rappleyea; and his child Young Eagles.
Memorials may be made to the EAA Young Eagles, Gibson Area Hospital, or Shiloh UM Church.
