She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Benningfield and Elizabeth Followay Benningfield; her husband John S. Cummins; and her brother George Benningfield (Bonnie). She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Kallal (Bruce) of Gibson City and Stephen Cummins (Stasha Taylor) of Gibson City; her grandchildren, Nathan, Carter Kallal, Spencer and Taylor Cummins; and her siblings, Bob Benningfield (Connie) of Gibson City, Jerry Benningfield (Martha) of Fulton, John Benningfield (Terri) of Gibson City and Georgia Lynch (Jerry) of Gibson City.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Lee Lowery American Legion, Shriner's Children's Hospital or to the GCMS Booster Club.
